Sarah Langridge


The McTimoney method of chiropractic is a gentle, precise, whole body approach to chiropractic care and is suitable for all ages.

Sarah came to study chiropractic after receiving chiropractic treatment herself and was drawn to the ‘whole body approach’ of the McTimoney method, she later went on to study at McTimoney College of Chiropractor in Oxfordshire where she gained a BSc (hons) in chiropractic.

Prior to becoming a chiropractor Sarah worked with children and adults for various organizations, gaining experience in many areas such as learning disability and mental health,  including spending a number of years as a serving police officer.  Sarah has also trained in various complementary tharapies giving her over 18years of complementary health experience.

The gentle nature of the McTimoney method makes it especially suitable for people of all ages with:

  • Back, neck and shoulder pain
  • Pain, discomfort and stiffness in joints
  • Migraine
  • Muscular aches
  • Minor sports injuries
  • Arthritic pain

Sarah is registered with the General Chiropractic Council, is a member of the McTimoney Chiropractic Association, The Royal College of Chiropractors and the International Veterinary Chiropractic association
