Although MELT is a self care methodology, taking a weekly class with an Advanced MELT Method instructor is a great way to learn in a safe and judgement free environment.
Weekly classes work on building confidence with MELT moves and sequences as well as giving you an opportunity to learn modified moves, should you need them. We use a range of MELT balls and a MELT soft roller, helping you to identify areas of ‘Stuck Stress’ within your body, and more importantly, how to address it.

Tuesdays 9.45 – 10.45 am (Term Time) Chichester Racquets & Fitness Club
This class is an intermediate class. You would need to attend a MELT Intro class, beginner series or private sessions to attend this class.
Tuesdays 5.45 – 6.45 pm (Term Time) North Mundham Village Centre
This class is for all levels and suitable for beginners.
